Police: NY Man Charged With Vehicular Manslaughter

According to TWC News, Daniel Broomhall was arrested and charged with vehicular manslaughter after hitting another man while allegedly driving drunk. Police say Broomhall was traveling west on Route 20 in Guilderland when he hit Issac Gonzalez Villarreal of Albany. The victim was transported to Albany Medical Center, where he was later pronounced dead.

Police say Broomhall has been charged with second-degree manslaughter.
