A Palenville, NY man was arrested following a traffic stop, where police learned he had 11 active driving suspensions and was wanted for criminal impersonation.

If you have 11 driving suspensions, and an active bench warrant out for your arrest, you better make sure all the equipment on your vehicle is working properly before you attempt to drive anywhere.

Michael S. Sussdorf, 30, of Palenville, NY did not make sure all his equipment was working and was stopped by police because of an equipment violation. After doing a file check, police learned that Sussdorf had 11 driving suspensions, seven of which occurred on separate dates.

Officers also learned from the file check that Sussdorf was wanted on a active warrant for Criminal Impersonation, Unlawful Possession of Marijuana, and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the second-degree by the Orange County Sheriff’s Office, according to a press release.

He was arrested and charged at the Saugerties Police headquarters for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the second-degree. Sussdorf was then turned over to Deputies of the Orange County Sheriff's Department.
