A Sullivan County man has been arrested on felony charges after he allegedly fired a rifle during a domestic dispute, in the presence of three children.

William Finkel, 42 of Rock Hill, NY was arrested and charged with  Reckless Endangerment in the First Degree, a felony,  Endangering the Welfare of a Child and Menacing in the Second Degree.

State Police from the Wurtsboro barracks responded to a report of a domestic dispute. Once on the scene, following an initial investigation, it was revealed that Finkel had been involved in a domestic dispute with his son. During the dispute, Finkel allegedly fired one round from a .22 rifle.

Three children, all under the age of 17, were also present during the incident.  No persons were injured.

Finkel was arraigned and and remanded to Sullivan County Jail pending a future court appearance.
