Police: Kingston Man Tattooed 13-Year-Old Girl

A Hudson Valley man was arrested on Wednesday after police say he inked up a 13 year old.

Stephano A Valies, a 32-year-old Kingston resident has been charged by authorities after they say he tattooed a 13-year-old girl's right ankle.

Kingston Police arrested Valies and charged him with Unlawfully Dealing with a Child in the second degree and Endangering the Welfare of a Child, both misdemeanors.

Police say the girl was tattooed on May 15. The 13-year-old's parent called police after discovering the ink and Valies was arrested the next day. He was processed and released on an appearance ticket and will return to court at a later date.
