During a domestic dispute, a Ulster County man described as "out of control" rips a window off it's hinges and smashed it on the ground.

On Saturday, Saugerties Police responded to a residence on Main Street in the Village for a reported domestic dispute, adult male out of control.

Upon arrival, officers observed that a window from the house, had been ripped off the hinges and smashed on the ground.

Subsequent to investigation, officers arrested Nathaniel H. Schultz, 26, of Saugerties. Schultz was charged with Criminal Mischief fourth-degree.

Earlier this week, Schultz was arrested after being found hiding in a conference center at a Saugerties hotel. He was previously banned from the hotel.

Back in May, Schultz was arrested for allegedly getting naked in two Hudson Valley churches, urinating in one of them.

Schultz was arraigned and remanded to Ulster County Jail in lieu of $2,500 cash bail.
