Two individuals were arrested after they allegedly disclosed confidential information while serving on a Grand Jury. 

On March 20, 2018, the State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation arrested Stephanie H. Monseu, 49 of Hudson, N.Y. and Wayne Coe, 56 of Chatham, N.Y.

In October 2017, State Police launched an investigation into the unlawful disclosure of confidential information that both indiviuals were privy to while serving on a Columbia County Grand Jury.

Both were charged with Unlawful Grand Jury Disclosure, in violation of section 215.70 of the Penal Law, a class E felony.

Both were issued appearance tickets and are scheduled to return to court next month.
