Nobody likes raking leaves. Nobody should ever run their spouse over with their vehicle because they were arguing over who had to rake leaves either.

This is what police say happened in Argentine Township, Michigan, and now a woman is in jail on felonious assault charges.

Argentine Township Police Chief Daniel Allen said that authorities were called to a home twice Saturday, November 7. Mlive.com reports that another resident witnessed a man pushing a woman on the ground and then called police. The man was gone by the time police arrived but then later returned.

Then Argentine Township Police were called to the home a second time. Police said it appeared the woman was trying to run down man with her car in the driveway. Police Chief Allen believe she had been drinking between the time her husband left the residence and returned.
