A Wappingers Falls man is facing felony charges for unlawful surveillance.

On July, 20th, Michael P. Kelly, 54, of Wappingers Falls was arrested and charged with three counts of Unlawful Surveillance second degree, a Class E Felony.

The arrest stems from an incident reported to police in March of this year. Kelly is accused of setting up cameras in his home to record nude images of victims, who had a reasonable expectation of privacy.

Kelly was arrested on March 20th, 2017 for Unlawful Surveillance in the second degree, a felony.

Subsequent to the execution of a search warrant at his home, Kelly's computer equipment was seized and evaluated. Three additional victims were identified and Kelly was charged accordingly.

Kelly was arraigned in the Town of Wappingers Court. His next appearance is scheduled for sometime in October.
