A Hudson Valley man is accused of getting his car stuck while driving drunk. When his wife arrived to help she was allegedly drunk and driving with a kid and also got her car stuck. A friend then arrived also allegedly drunk.

Saturday around 2:53 a.m., State Police from Hawthorne were told by other drivers about a disabled vehicle on the northbound side of the Sprain Brook Parkway in the Town of Greenburgh.

Police say they determined that Lucio Manuel Medina-Lozano, of Elmsford made a right turn off of the roadway in an attempt to make a U-turn. During his U-turn his car got stuck on a dirt-covered area of the shoulder.

Medina-Lozano then called his wife for help. Patricia F. Tenezaca, also of Elmsford was also allegedly drunk. Police say not only was Tenezaca intoxicated, but she was driving with her 2-year-old daughter in the car. She also got her car stuck on the dirt-covered area of the northbound shoulder.

A friend of the couple was then called for assistance. Fernando Francisco Guaillas-Gonzales also allegedly drove to the scene drunk.

After assisting the three adults, Troopers determined all three were intoxicated. All three were arrested. The 2-year-old daughter was released to a family member.

The first driver, Medina-Lozano, is accused of providing a breath sample of 0.13% and was charged with driving while intoxicated. He was issued traffic tickets and released. He is due back in The Town of Greenburgh Court on Sept. 13.

Guaillas-Gonzales provided a breath sample of 0.08%, police say. He was charged with driving while intoxicated, issued traffic tickets, and released. He is due back in Town of Greenburgh Court on Sept. 13.

Medina-Lozano’s wife, Tenezaca, allegedly provided a breath sample of 0.18% and was charged with felony aggravated driving while intoxicated, under Leandra’s Law and endangering the welfare of a child. She was arraigned in the Town of Greenburgh Court and remanded to the Westchester County Jail in lieu of $7,500 cash or $10,000 bond bail.

An Order of Protection was issued and Child Protective Services was notified of the incident.
