The New York State Police have arrested a 'Fugitive From Justice' in Dutchess County. 

Rosemarie P. Castillo of the Village of Pawling, New York was arrested after an investigation revealed that she had an arrest warrant from the Bethel Police Department, in Farifield County, Connecticut.

The arrest warrant was for charges of Larceny in the sixth-degree. Castillo was arraigned the Dutchess County Court and sent to Dutchess County Jail in lieu of $25,000 cash bail, or $50,000 bond while awaiting extradition back to Connecticut.

This is the second 'Fugitive from Justice' caught in Dutchess County over the past few days. A Pennsylvania man was wanted in connection to a conviction of Theft by Deception.
