Police: 67-Year-Old Hudson Valley Man Arrested For Nudity (Again)

How'd you like to see this Hudson Valley man naked? Well, neither do we That's probably why he keeps getting arrested.

Stony Point police say they received a call that complained of a man who had taken his clothes off in public, putting his full Monty on display for everyone. When authorities arrived at the home of Frank J. Chillino on Clark Rd in Stony Point they found the suspect standing on the front steps completely naked.

This isn't the first time Chillino has been arrested for walking around in his birthday suit. In May the Stony Point resident was arrested for the exact same thing. At that time police say the man was walking around with his genitals exposed so he was taken in and charged with public lewdness.

While one might applaud the 67-year-old for feeling so confident about his body, there's one wrinkle (or probably quite a few if you had the misfortune of seeing him in all of his glory): it's against the law to stand in front of your house with everything hanging out.

Police arrested Chillino once again and charged him with public lewdness (again). The free spirit was sent to the Rockland County Correctional Facility in lieu of $25 thousand bail. He's due back in court on August 16.
