Police Looking for 2 Suspects In Wappingers Armed Robbery

State Police are looking for two male suspects in an armed robbery at the Stewart's Shop on Route 9D in Wappingers Falls. The robbery was said to have taken place at about 11:20pm Sunday night.

Investigation revealed that two male subjects wearing black ski masks" had gone into the store, displayed a handgun and demanded money, police said. "The two men took an undisclosed amount of money before fleeing in a small black SUV."

One subject is described as a thin black male, with a deep and raspy voice, 140-160 pounds, 5'6" to 5'7" tall. The second subject is described only as a black or Hispanic male.

Both men were said be dressed in black t-shirts pulled over long sleeve black shirts, with black pants, black pants, black ski masks, and black gloves.
