New York State Police  said a single-engine plane containing two passengers crashed at about 10:30 a.m. Saturday morning at Dutchess County Airport in Wappingers Falls.  

According to the Poughkeepsie Journal, the pilot Keith Kilgallen and Margaret Kilgallen were on a trip to Burlington, Vermont in a Beechcraft Bonanza plane.  They were stopping at Dutchess County Airport to refuel the plane.

After takeoff, the aircraft went down right after takeoff according to police reports.

Neither the pilot nor passenger were hurt. The plane will not be moved until officials Federal Aviation Administration conducts a full investigation.
