Shoppers in the Hudson Valley may come for the deals, but stay for the Pinkberry after a big announcement was made at a popular Hudson Valley shopping center.

The Times Herald Record reports that Woodbury Common Premium Outlet announced plans to spend $120 million on upgrades to the shopping destination including a new Market Hall.

The proposed Market Hall will have both indoor and outdoor dining, free Wi-Fi and even stations where you can charge your mobile phone. Of course, there will also be plenty of restaurants too.

Chipotle will be opening another Hudson Valley location inside the Market Hall. There are already two Chipotles in Middletown and Kingston, and another announced this Summer to be included in The Loop, a new shopping development in Newburgh.

The frozen yogurt store, Pinkberry, will also be included in Market Hall, making the Woodbury Common location their first outside of New York City and Long Island. Other restaurants will include Pret, Umi Teriyaki and Sushi Express, Kung Pao Wok, and South Philly Steaks & Fries.

Woodbury was recently listed by Money magazine as the 19th best place to live in America. Perhaps the addition of a Pinkberry will knock it up a few notches. What do you think?
