After having just performed with members of the Grateful Dead in Santa Clara and Chicago, Phish frontman Trey Anastasio is selling his Hudson Valley home.

The Patch reports the river front house in Palisades has been listed for just shy of $3 million. The home overlooks the Hudson River and is located in a private community packed with celebrities. Bill Murray, Al Pacino and others have been connected to the neighborhood in previous years.

The home is know as 'Cliff House', has water views and sits on more than 2 acres. Nyack real estate broker Richard Ellis had this to say about the home in the listing.

“Located on a private lane, bordering a tranquil 2,500 acre park that runs 12 miles along the Hudson River. A very special property in an extraordinary location, Enjoy a front row seat to the natural beauty and power of the lower Hudson Valley, all from your own backyard where eagles fly. Almost difficult to imagine you are only 12 miles from the George Washington Bridge.”

Phish returns to Watkins Glen this August for their Magnaball Festival. They'll perform 7 sets of music throughout the weekend.
