Candance Kelly of Buffalo Township, PA is facing up to 10 years in jail for selling hundreds of pounds of marijuana from her home. The 65 year old grandmother was originally charged last fall after authorities found 64 pounds of hydroponically grown marijuana and nearly $400,000 in cash at her home. While those charges were withdrawn because of issues with a search warrant, she would eventually be charged again in January after a grand jury investigation.

Here's the thing...Kelly is claming that she sold more than 100 pounds of pot per year, for four years, to help make some money to raise her grandchildren after the death of her daughter. You can read more on the last year's arrest, including accusations by the family that law enforcement entered their home without a warrant and pointed tasers at their granddaughters HERE

She plead guilty to the charges in Butler County (she also plead guilty to possession of hashish, and psychedelic mushrooms). She is currently free on bond and awaits sentencing on Nov 28th.
