Ozzy Issues Cease and Desist Against Beer Brewery

Ozzy Osbourne has issued a cease and desist to a Baltimore based brewery known as The Brewer's Art for their version of a Belgian Ale, known simply as the Ozzy Ale. Head brewer, Tom Creegan said negotiations were in process though he couldn't comment anymore on the matter.  As of now, the beer still remains on the shelves. All this does is make me want to drink this beer. You'd think a guy who once bit the head off of a bat would be a little more open to things like this.
