An early Saturday morning fire in frigid temperatures destroyed a number of items including a garage in Orange County.

Around 3:30 a.m., local fire departments were dispatched to 5 Helms Hill Road in Washingtonville for structure fire. According to the 1st Responder Broadcast Network, when emergency officials arrived the fire was fully involved in the garage and multiple vehicles outside the residence.

In fifteen degree temperatures, multiple fire departments worked together to contain the fire in less than an hour. The garage was destroyed along with a corvette, a muscle car, and a Toyota pickup. The home was not badly damaged.

The cause of the fire is under investigation. No injuries were reported by residents or first responders.

South Blooming Grove, Salisbury Mills, Washingtonville, Woodbury as the FAST, Campbell Hall, Monroe, Maybrook and Chester Fire Department were all on the scene or standing by. According to the Washingtonville Fire Department, this was their 4th working fire in 6 days.
