ABC 7 NY is reporting that a tugboat crashed and overturned on the Hudson River Saturday morning. The crash happened around 5;30 a.m. near the new Tappan Zee bridge when the southbound tugboat hit a construction barge.

One person is dead and two others are currently missing.

The Coast Guard says that the barge was carrying workers on the Rockland County side of the bridge.
