NY Yankees No Longer America’s Most Valuable Sports Franchise

According to Forbes via Business Insider, The New York Yankees are valued around $2.5 billion dollars. While that marks a 9% increase from 2013, the Bronx Bombers are no longer the most valuable sports franchise in the United States. That distinction now belongs to the Dallas Cowboys. The Cowboys are now valued at 3.2 billion dollars (a huge 39% increase from 2013) putting them at the top of the list.
