According to the NY Daily News, a Batavia woman wanted to file a complaint at a nearby police barracks. Sounds reasonable. The only problem?  The woman was allegedly drunk when she drove to said barracks. Officers allegedly smelt alcohol coming off Allison Sobczak when she showed up at their Batavia garrison on the night of Jan. 23. Police say she failed field sobriety tests.

A breathalyzer test then reportedly revealed she had a 0.24 per cent blood alcohol content — which is more than three times the legal limit.

It's not known the reason why she was driving to the barracks in the first place.
