Who would do such a thing? The Oneida County Sheriff's office says that a veteran's prosthetic eye was stolen from his car at a supermarket plaza, in the village of Boonville. Police say the prosthetic eye, along with prescription medication, were in a black bag inside the car. The victim was reportedly inside the store when the eye was taken.

Police say the prosthetic eye is worth more than $2,000. Sheriff's deputies are asking anyone with information to come forward.
