NY Teens Caught Having Sex in Public Bathroom

Two teenagers were charged with public lewdness after they were discovered having sex in a public restroom.  The Times Herald Record reports that a 19-year-old man and an 18-year-old woman were found engaging in a sex act inside the men's room.at the Empire State Convention Center in Albany.

State Police were investigating reports of "disturbing sounds" coming from the restroom when they discovered the teens. They were also charged with unlawful possession of marijuana and possession of alcohol by a person under 21.

The teens, who's names were not released by police, are both from Saratoga Springs.
