NY Ice Cream Man Arrested Wearing No Pants

Nothing says summer like the sweet songs of the neighborhood ice cream truck. Except of course, if your ice cream man has trouble keeping his pants on.

NBC News reports a Clarence, NY man was arrested by local sheriffs while driving his ice cream truck after residents complained the man was yelling at people while only wearing under pants.
