NY Couple Arrested After Eating Rotisserie Chicken at Wal-Mart, Failing To Pay

We've heard about the website People of Walmart. Well, we might be seeing two new additions to the site very soon. State Police say a Troy couple decided to have a little snack while they shopped at the Wal-Mart store near Route 7 in Brunswick. 23-year-old Melissa Crandall and 22-year-old Tommy Crandall allegedly ate a rotisserie chicken and drank soda without paying. Police say they tried to hide the packaging when exited the store.

The hungry couple were later located by police at the Dunkin Donuts across the street from the store. The Times Union reports that both were taken into custody and processed at the Brunswick barracks. They were issued appearance tickets for court and released.
