North Korea In World Cup?

A North Korean news service reported Friday that its soccer team advanced to the knockout phase of the 2014 FIFA World Cup, and will play Portugal in the Round of 16.  Well I guess they overlooked a couple of things.  For one the ""group phase" ended 2 weeks ago.  Second Portugal didn't make it to the round of 16.  And third and probably the biggest inaccuracy, North Korea didn't even qualify for the 2014 World Cup.  Just don't tell that to the people of N.
