Ever witnessed a snow geyser? New York state now has its very own winter geyser thanks to days of freezing cold temps and it's attracting a lot of attention.

The geyser is at a pond in Letchworth State Park, which is on the the Wyoming-Livingston county line, about 40 miles south of Rochester. The record low temperatures formed a solid cone of ice several feet thick with water still spouting out of the top. Park officials say the 'volcano' is at least 50 feet high.

Letchworth State Park is sometimes known as the 'Grand Canyon of the East' for its scenic gorges, but now the cold weather phenomenon has attracted tourists from all over.
