It was quite a game at MetLife Stadium Sunday as the New York Giants defeated the New Orleans Saints 16-13.

The game was more about defense and mistakes.

The Giants' lone touchdown of the day was from a blocked field goal attempt. Johnathan Hankins blocked Wil Lutz’s attempt towards the ned of the 2nd quarter, leading to Janoris Jenkins' 65 yard touchdown run.

Quarterback Eli Manning connected for 32-of-41 passes for 368 yards overall but did not throw for a touchdown. Manning did however complete a 34 yard pass to Victor Cruz near the end of the fourth quarter that lead to Josh Brown's 22 yard field goal to win the game.

Brown returned after a one game suspension to connect for three field goals for Big Blue.

The Giants move to 2-0 on the season.

They will play the currently winless Washington Redskins next Sunday at MetLife Stadium at 1 p.m.
