A New Jersey man was arrested in Ulster County following a traffic stop. 

A New Jersey man who probably wishes he stayed in own state is facing felony drug charges in New York.

State Troopers from the Kingston barracks arrested Demetrios Prevezanos, 43, of Rochelle, NJ and charged him with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance fourth-degree, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance fifth-degree, and Criminal Possession of Marijuana fifth-degree.

Prevezanos was arrested following a vehicle and traffic stop on Route 28 in the Town of Ulster.

Prevezanos was arraigned in Kingston Court and remanded to Ulster County Jail in lieu of $5,000 cash bail, or $10,000 bond.
