23 vehicles were involved in a series of  accidents on I-84 Wednesday morning, The Record Online reports.

Black ice and fog Wednesday morning was what sparked the series of accidents. One car spun out of control, and many cars  had to try and avoid hitting the car, including a snow plow that was salting the roads, who ended up in a ditch.

The accidents occurred between exits 1 and 2 on I-84 westbound. There were 10 injuries reported, all of which were minor. The most serious injury among the ten was a cut to the forehead.

There were 5 separate accidents that occurred in a two-tenths of a mile span.
