Naked NY Man Spits On Cop, Assaults Hotel Employee

Nyack - One man gave many people a show, as he spit on a police officer and assaulted a hotel employee. 

Scott McManus, 23, of Nyack was arrested after he allegedly assaulted a hotel manager, spit on a police officer and had several drugs on him outside of a hotel...Oh, and most importantly he was only wearing a tank top, as reported by LoHud.

Police responded to a call of an emotionally distressed man outside of a hotel. The hotel manager told officers that he saw McManus screaming in the parking lot. He then went back to the hotel, and allegedly took his pants off. He then started confronting guests in the lobby, telling them that he wanted to have sex with them.

McManus was walking through the parking lot while flailing his arms and screaming profanities, and after he saw the officers he allegedly ran back to the hotel and tried to tackle the manager to the ground.

McManus was charged with aggravated assault on a police officer, lewdness, assault, possession of ecstasy, possession of LSD, possession of methamphetamine, being under the influence of narcotics, resisting arrest, and being a disorderly person.

McManus allegedly spit on an officer as they took him to the ground and handcuffed him.
He was covered up and taken to a medical center for observation.
