Naked Man Snarls Traffic on I-95

This isn't something you see everyday. Connecticut State police say traffic was held up during part of Tuesday's morning rush on Interstate 95 in West Haven because of a naked man on the highway. The nude man was seen sitting on top of his car, according to police.

State police say the incident happened on the southbound side of the highway near exit 42 at about 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday. Cops responded to a call for medical assistance. Once they encountered the naked man, police blocked off the highway for a time and traffic was only getting by on the right shoulder.

The NY Post says the man was taken into custody and was expected to be transported to a medical facility for evaluation.
