This is scary.

A 23-year-old tree worker named Justus Booze from Schenectady died on the job Wednesday in a horrible accident.

The Times Union is reporting that the employee was removing some large trees Wednesday afternoon when he became entangled in a grinding machine. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Even more tragic is the fact that it was his first day on the job. Booze worked for Countryside Tree Care out of Guilderland, New York.

Witnesses were obviously traumatized. One employee from a subcontractor, said that they'll never get the image out of their head.

The Times Union says that Guilderland police are investigating and the federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration has been notified of the incident.

If the story and scenario sounds a bit familiar, a similar incident happened December 2015 in North Carolina. A 19 year-old man was killed on his first day on the job after being pulled into a wood chipper. The incident was so gruesome that the owner of the company suffered a heart attack that day.
