My Lost Treasure: Yes

The current theme here on My Lost Treasure is size. Today's pick is a great one for Mike Vod who wrote to me on facebook suggesting it. Thanks, Vod, Yes is one of my favorites.

Yes was the first real concert I went to.  By real concert, I mean it was just my friends and me, out of town, and in a big stadium. It was at Roosevelt Stadium in Long Island, but I thought we were in New Jersey. Actually it was more than a decade later that I realized we had not been in New Jersey. It was quite the experience.  Not only was the music amazing, but the light show was incredible.  That was a big thing back then.  I am sure it would pale by today’s standards, but back then it was awesome, and that is how I choose to remember it. I am so glad that my first concert experience was a great one.
