My Lost Treasure: Warren Zevon

Tonight's lost treasure is a song I knew nothing about when I first played it back in the 80s right here on 101.5 WPDH.  I just knew it was on a Warren Zevon album and it was really cool.

Turns out it was written by Allen Toussaint and recorded by Ernie K. Doe, and also the Yardbirds.  Warren released it in 1980.

I haven't heard or even thought about this song in ages, but it's tonight's lost treasure, and I think I'll listen to it more often.  I hope you'll give it a listen, too!
