My Lost Treasure: Van Morrison

It is a food and drink theme on My Lost Treasure, and I can't think of anyone that can brighten a Monday for me more than Van Morrison.  Today we are drinking moonshine whiskey with Van the Man.

I love this song.  I love the whole album in fact.  I once saw Van Morrison perform this song live on late night television.  He was joined on stage by Sinead O'Connor. Somehow Van Morrison bumped into the mic stand and it just missed hitting Sinead O'Connor.  now I am not saying he was drinking the moonshine whiskey before his performance, but it sure looked as if he was.  It was actually pretty funny.  And it is a great song for the theme.
