My Lost Treasure: The Kinks

We officially have a city. That's our theme here on My Lost Treasure. Building a city through songs. And we have schools and parks and houses. Hotels, streets, bridges, tunnels, rivers and mountains. We even have a couple of restaurants. And today we'll add a village green.

Today's lost treasure reminds me of my friend Dan the Man. A lot of the music I listen to reminds me of Dan because he introduced me to so many bands I love. And even though I liked The Kinks before I met Dan, I came to love The Kinks after I met him. Good thing I've know Dan since I was seventeen years old. At least I didn't have to wait too long to discover those deeper cuts.
