My Lost Treasure: The Doors

We are in the middle of a short theme here on My Lost Treasure. The theme is songs with end in the title to close out 2017. The end for the end of the year. I got so many suggestions for today's lost treasure, I couldn't not do it. I was going to do it anyway.

I have always loved this song, even though it's super long. The memory that comes back to me when I hear this song is one from the 1990s. My friend Angie had just left my house and headed for home. Only a few minutes had passed when she called me and told me her car had died. I went to pick her up to give her a ride home, and as we headed to her house, today's lost treasure came on the radio. We knew it was the end for her car, and we felt it was some kind of weird kismet that this song was playing.

We're taking a couple of days off for the new year, and My Lost Treasure will return on New Years Day with a brand new theme. It's an alphabet theme. We'll do a week of songs that begin with the letter A, then a week of Bs, and so on and so on. Happy New Year!
