My Lost Treasure: The Beatles

The theme is color, and The Beatles have lots of songs with color in the title.  The problem is deciding which ones to do.  So I decided I will play the ones I got requests for.  My  facebook friend Richard friend wanted to hear both Baby's In Black and Yellow Submarine.  You got it, Richard.

I really wanted to play The White Album today.  I figured it was the easy way out, and it's a great album, so why not?  I will tell you why not.  It is seemingly impossible to get on youtube in this country.  I don't remember having a big problem with Beatles songs on youtube in the past, but today is a different story.  That's why Baby's In Black is a live version.  Oh well...it's still a great way to kick off a Sunday.

I'm thinking that starting this week we will tackle the blues.  There are lots of songs about the blues, so send me your suggestions and requests.  Enjoy the rest of your weekend, Boris and I will be back on the air tomorrow morning at six.
