My Lost Treasure: Stevie Ray Vaughan

Our food and drink theme continues here on My Lost Treasure, as does the festive eating and drinking season. A couple of days ago the food was lamb, and today it is lamb once again. Sorry vegans and vegetarians.

This is such a great song.  I just love to hear Stevie Ray Vaughn play guitar.  I was lucky enough to actually meet him back in the early 80s when he was in town for a show.  He played live for us right in the studio, and everybody who was listening to the station that day was treated to that special performance.  Stevie Ray Vaughan was as nice as he was talented.  I am so glad I got to meet him before it was too late.  And even if you don't eat lamb, I bet you will like today's song.

Pretty soon this food and drink theme will come to an end and we will kick off our new theme.  Since the new year means out with the old and in with the new, our new theme is going to be old and new.  Start thinking of your favorite songs now.  Thanks.
