My Lost Treasure: Steely Dan

We are building a city on My Lost Treasure. That's the theme. We are using songs to put our city together. Parks, houses, restaurants, etc. And with Labor Day right around the corner, I figured we better build some schools.

Our first school song has a very local connection.  Donald Fagen and Walter Becker both attended Bard College in Annandale on Hudson. They played music together there, and that was the beginning of many years together. The song is reportedly about a time they went back to visit the school and ended up getting arrested. Charges were eventually dropped, but the experienced left a bitter taste in their mouths. It also inspired them to write today's lost treasure.
