My Lost Treasure: Southside Johnny and the Asbury Jukes

Tomorrow is the first day of spring.  And after the winter we've had, it can't come too soon.  I'm feeling the spring fever, for sure. Which is why I picked today's Lost Treasure.

The tune was written and recorded by Bruce Springsteen, and he does a great job.  But it was covered by Southside Johnny and the Jukes for their debut album in 1979, and it's my favorite version.  No offense to Bruce or his fans.

I'm sure I'm not the only one feeling the fever...weather it's cabin fever, or spring fever, today's song fits.  Happy Spring!
