My Lost Treasure: Prince

The theme is songs with weather references in the title.  Today we pay tribute to yet another genius musician that we lost way too soon.  Even if you are a hard rocker, you can not deny Prince's talent.

You might be surprised to know that we actually played Prince for a while on WPDH.  Back in the early to mid 80s.  We played 1999, When Doves Cry, and we even played today's lost treasure.  It was a little weird for a rock station, but nobody seemed to mind.  He was such a big talent and his songs were so listenable.  So I hope that you don't mind if I wander a little off my usual course today to play a great song.
