My Lost Treasure: Pete Townshend and Ronnie Lane

The current theme on My Lost Treasure is songs with babe or baby in the title.  Today's song really is a lost treasure.  You rarely hear it, and it's such a great song by two great musicians.

Pete Townshend has always been one of my favorites.  I am a big fan of The Who, and I also love Pete's solo stuff.  I am also a fan of The Small Faces, the band that Ronnie Lane is probably most known for.  Ronnie suffered from multiple sclerosis, and sadly he died when he was just 51 years old.  Way too young.  The mix of both Pete Townshend and Ronnie Lane together works really well.  Just take a listen to today's pick if you don't believe me.
