Today is August 15.  It was on Aug. 15 back in 1969 that the Woodstock Music and Art Fair on Yasgur's Farm in Bethel, N.Y. began.  We are still on the theme of guys names, so my challenge is to keep with the theme and celebrate Woodstock at the same time.

Today's pick is one that Johhny Winter performed at Woodstock.  I actually played the Chuck Berry version of this same song way back when we first kicked off the theme.  But this one is different and very, very cool. And it meets my challenge of keeping the theme and celebrating the occasion.  I was too young to attend Woodstock, but I sure love the music.  I love the whole era.  We are so lucky to have that history in our area.

Tomorrow is day two of the challenge.  The festival was three days.  That means I have to come up with two more songs. Got any requests?  Happy Woodstock Anniversary!
