My Lost Treasure: John Fogerty

The theme we are working on on My Lost Treasure is old and/or new.  Today we have an "old" song from John Fogerty.  It is a good old song, but I have not heard it in a while, so I guess it's a "lost" treasure.

The funny thing about today's pick is that John Fogerty actually got sued for plagiarism for this song.  The suit claimed that it sounded too much like Run Through The Jungle, a Creedence Clearwater Revival song that was written by none other than John Fogerty.  Yes, John Fogerty was being sued for sounding too much like himself.  Ridiculous, don't you agree?  I am happy to say the lawsuit was eventually thrown out of court.
