My Lost Treasure: Joe Cocker

The theme here on My Lost Treasure is size. And today it is another "little" song, and once again the idea came from my facebook friend Matt Price. I honestly don't know what I would do if it weren't for Matt. He makes My Lost Treasure better with his suggestions and for that I am thankful. I guess you could say I get by with a little help from my friends.

Today's lost treasure is, in my opinion, one of the best Beatles covers ever. And it's not the only Beatles tune that Joe Cocker covered. He did a damn good job with She Came In Through The Bathroom Window too. He took that song and today's treasure and really made them his own. It's hard for me not to picture John Belushi's impression of Joe Cocker when I hear this song, and I bet I am not the only one.
