My Lost Treasure: Jimi Hendrix

You can not do a theme of weather related songs without including this one from Jimi Hendrix.  This is another one of those songs that is not really all that lost, but is still very much a treasure.  As are all Jimi Hendrix songs, in my opinion.

I was too young to see Jimi Hendrix in concert, but I did get to meet his long time producer Eddie Kramer.  Eddie lived in the Hudson Valley for a while, and was a frequent guest here at the radio station.  We even became friends over the years, and had dinner together at one of my boyfriend Bobby's gigs.  it was a fun evening.  Eddie was a great guy to know, and he always had some great stories to share.  Last I heard he was on the west coast and doing fine.
