The theme right now on My Lost Treasure is building a city through songs. You know, songs about houses, schools, parks, and other things you might find in a city. We have been busy the past few days building streets and roads.

I remember this song from Gerry Rafferty, and I also remember Right Down the Line.  They were both great songs and got lots of radio airplay. Not so much these days. What I did not know about Gerry Rafferty back then is that he is the person who sang Stuck In The Middle With You by Stealer's Wheel. I remember that I was really surprised when I found out, though I don't know why. That was a huge song.  And a good one.  But it's not today's lost treasure.  Unfortunately, Gerry Rafferty died back in 2011 at a relatively young age. We are lucky that he left us with some great music.

If you have an idea for a song that fits out building a city theme, I would love to hear what it is. Let me know at robyn@wpdh.com or find me on facebook. Thanks, and enjoy the rest of the weekend!
