My Lost Treasure: Fleetwood Mac

I was so happy when I heard Christine McVie was reuniting with Fleetwood Mac. It never felt the same without her. She's a huge talent and an important addition to the lineup.

I'll tell you about my Fleetwood Mac/Christine experience...

I went to see Fleetwood Mac back in the '90s. They had reunited for 'The Dance,' so all the members were there. It was at the Knickerbocker Arena, now the Times Union Center in Albany. I was in the eighth row. It was amazing. I was hoping to hear Christine sing 'Songbird.'

Skip ahead to the encore. It was the fourth song in the encore, still no 'Songbird,' so we decided to leave and beat the crowd. Was it worth it?  No. We later heard that Songbird was the fifth and last song of the encore. Damn!  So, I missed it that night, but here it is!
